The Maple suite is a one-of-a-kind farm escape with breathtaking views. Established in 1808, fully modernized. Interior is newly updated with 3 king + 2 twin size memory foam mattresses, 75” smart tv, new organic cotton bedding and towels, our nontoxic home is sure to satisfy your longing to escape the hustle and simply be. A full kitchen awaits with ample space to craft meals and dine together. Two full bathrooms to refresh and prepare for the day’s adventures with ease. The interior is designed to inspire you to create- whether that means art, peace, writing, relationships. Gaze out upon our fields and freshwater pond, enjoy birdsong and soft wind chimes as you relax on the deck and reconnect with yourself and your loved ones. Cook dinner over a fire, take a dip in our swimming hole- access to Saxton’s River is just across the road. Head out on a hike, follow one of our trails into the forest until you experience the rejuvenating solitude that’s simply abundant here in Vermont. As a guest you have access to our 300+ acres of hiking, amongst our free range chickens, Saxton’s River + swimming across the road, our freshwater pond. Bikes are available upon request, as are pack-n-play/high chair accommodations for kids! 3 king beds 2 twin xl beds 1 queen pull-out sofa 2 memory foam floor mattresses.

Our group of eight really enjoyed staying at Lisa's place! We cooked a lot and found the kitchen to be well-stocked. The place is as described online and we would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming farmhouse! The setting was peaceful, the skiing was fantastic, and we loved spending time with the friendly cat, Ledge. Highly recommend for a cozy and memorable getaway.

Lisa and the Riverledge Team are the BEST hostesses you can find if you need to stay in southern Vermont. The grounds are gorgeous, the home is just as described, it is super clean and it comfortably sleeps the amount of people stated in the description. We had our family of 18 stay in both properties during the Christmas holiday and we had a blast! Both homes are fully equipped with furnishings, dishes and cookware if you require it which is very uncommon but we were so grateful for this perk. Everything everyone says about Lisa is true: she is fair, kind, responsive, welcoming and is always willing to help to ensure that your stay at the farm is impeccable. The pride she takes in the property can be seen and felt and I could not have asked for a better experience or host. If you are considering your options I guarantee you can’t go wrong with a stay at the Riverledge Farm.

Booked both units of Riverledge Farm for a 24-person weekend ski trip. The home is beautiful. Leading up to the stay, the hosts were always responsive to all my questions. When we got there, everything was very clean and tidy and in great condition. Instructions for check-in, check-out, and everything in-between were clear. There were enough utensils and kitchenware to prepare meals for the whole group. Couldn’t have asked for anything else. This was our second time staying at Riverledge Farm, and I’m looking forward to going back next year. Highly recommend!

Awesome place to be with friends and family. Clean house, comfortable beds, full kitchen with all utensils needed for a group of people need to cook and enjoy time together. Farmhouse look from the outside and a modern look from the inside provide a unique experience. Large number of beds makes the place perfect to accommodate large group of people. Lisa provides a clear instruction before arriving which is very helpful given that cell reception is freaky in the area. Would definitely stay here again or recommend anyone to spend a night :)
